The Hajj registration waiting list is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Signing a mutual agreement with the managing company is mandatory.

The final itinerary will be provided one week before departure.
The package price remains unchanged if the itinerary extends by one or two days/nights due to airline schedules or hotel bookings.
Note that the 3rd and 4th beds in hotels are typically smaller or sofa beds.
Using kitchen facilities in hotels near the Haram in Makkah and Medina is strictly prohibited. Bus transfers may require waiting up to a few hours due to congestion or road closures by Saudi police.
The company is not responsible for faulty lifts, motor pumps, or electric motors/DB.
Room details such as view, floor, bed, or bath size are not guaranteed as part of this package.
The package does not cover costs incurred for fulfilling biometric process requirements. Infant upgrades do not include transfer bus seats or beds in Makkah and Medina.
Transfers from the airport to the hotel, transfers to Mina and Arafat (8th and 9th Zil Hajj), air cooler availability in tents, and certain other services are managed directly by the Saudi Hajj Ministry/Administration.
The managing company is not responsible for any unforeseeable discomfort caused by these arrangements.
Cancellation within 30 days of submitting the company’s waiting list registration form will incur deduction charges.
Airlines also have a limited refund policy.
Advance pay order in favor of the management company, per person.
Two copies of CNIC or B-Form (for those under 18 years of age).
Eight 4 x 3 cm photographs with a light blue background.
Two copies of a machine-readable passport (valid for at least 6 months).
Remaining payment to be made upon receipt of the original Hajj form and air ticket.
